Summary: Oscar's been feeling terrible all day. Elmo, Abby, Grundgetta, and Nina find ways to help Oscar feel better by looking for different exercises he could do. Running that makes you feel awake and energized, yoga that helps your body flexible and calm, and dancing that gets your body moving. As they go off to tell Oscar all the exercises he could do to feel better, they find him coming back from a long, grouchy walk picking up trash. Oscar feels much better and is back to feeling good and rotten.
